Patient has been prescribed with 60mg of elvanse for ADHD, now lowered to 30mg due to slightly manic behaviour, often fueled by large amounts of nicotine and caffeine. patient is even more talkative then usual, has incoherent facial expressions, talks strangely and loudly, has massive bursts of creative energy. often spends his time partaking in compulse behaviours like going to the same staircase evеry night to chainsmoke and enjoy bevеrages purchased from the train station soda machine. often gets stuck on his phone even though it’s cold outside and suffers for it, still not being able to stop it. goes to school but does he really? basically a child in a man’s body, golden heart but not much else. usual brain activity and thoughts have potential to be something but often falls into foxholes of incomprehensibility. no hobbies outside of general hedonism, debauchery and degeneracy. patient is 19 years of age. situated in the west coast. pyromanic tendencies. future uncertain. will be observed for later
