Some say the universe is expanding

If that’s the case my small thoughts are substandard

I crash landed

On this planet

An Aquarius

With a slanted heart

An axiom that ripped cosmos apart

Apart from grace

Yo we start to levitate

Grab a seat

Open your mind

Begin to elevate

Reading psalm

Not poppin pills

Cause we go beyond

Perusing CS Lewis or maybe Malcolm Gladwell

See I'm a savage

I consume average emcees often

Use a little hyperbole to eliminate the soft ones

Killin them softly

Like Lauryn

My first show was Fugees '96 in New Orleans

I can’t explain that importance

[Hook]

Blue is the rarest color on the color spectrum

Maybe that’s why I feel so introspective

Can I be honest

So off my square, I’m a rhombus

But imma burst forth and fly like a comet

A burgeoning poet

I didn't know that my flow would be the coldest

Around the same time, I saw a Maya Angelou performance

In a moment

My mind grew

Congruent with culture creative creators

And I gravitated to all things creative

I am my grandfather hated

A jazz trumpet playin

A cool rhythm

Reevaluating my vision
