Opportunities golden, life was really unfolding

Had great friends late night chillin patrolling

Hustle phones that were stolen tryna get my pockets swollen

Time passed and went by my eyes fast

My plots no longer working out like a dotted line graph

Cause I was crooked

That new kid was kinda like a chef

Always getting something cooking, JB letter F

Used to do stuff taht you'd never guess

I was very blessed, I tried to fly by jumping out the nest

Figured lifes a test, but when I tried to cheat

I tried defeat, made some typos, could not delete

Used to steal scheme and spark up the weed

Walking through my life like im in a dream

Average sinner and a fiend

Tryna be a king runnin with snakes in my team

But no I'm not a diamond back good life I'm not trying that

God was throwing pitches at me I'm not trying to bat

I was out here tryna act I shoulda got an oscar

Was never in my own home like foster outside thrown punches like a boxer

Had no clue what life had to offer got arrested by coppers, tryna make a quick profit

Feelin hopeless

Thank God that God himself noticed

He saved me by the grace you should know this

Never gassed up like a blowfish, without his focus

I'd still be caught up trying to be the dopest

And now I see the same cycle, with younger ages

Just another chapter in histories book and pages

Guess we all gotta learn by going through these phases

I'm just joyous that God brought his son here to save us

And vie learned to love like i love my neighbors

Regardless some will smoke vapors and hit the bong

Some will work until the short days turn to long

When its all said and done I hope you feel the song

And I just carry on, because the thrill is gone

But I'm only human I can't say the feelings gone

But God chose me and his will is strong

That's change from a kid who used to seek fame cash

Cars, the whole nine yards, turned my brain to trash

Now i just sit in the sand, and watch the waves crash

Remince and think how much I've changed paths

Friends lost friends gained, thats fate's math
