Meet me where we speak only in dreams

And I will show you how I never meant to bring you down with me

Now tell me why you anchor and itch under my flesh

What did I miss? What can be fixed?

I admit I got lost in the midst but I never expected you'd welch on a bet

And now nothing is left but self inflicted splatters on your canvas

Scramble for tangible answers and come up empty handed

Unable to untangle history from fable

Now the sun is gone, everybody's resting in their cradles

And I earned this cake, but my stomach's given out on me

So please just feed the larger beast

A pity party needs to feast

Voices tuned on low release help me find some kind of peace

But just pieces aren't good enough, we need to feel complete

So dig until your fingernails bleed

And when you finally hit bottom

I hope it's just what you need

If I stop moving I am going to die
