Absolution

The day has come

The time to gather

No longer will he be lonesome

Without a father

A dream he had for years

A philosophy without tears

Craving since he understood

There can never be only good

The antique wisdom will be unleashed

Only to those who, for it seek

Be it with good or bad intentions

Only the mountain knows absolution

This holy place has no shelter

It's priests know no mercy

The path is not for the weak

It's guardians are the immortal

The brothers come together

As they prepare the journey

The prayers reverberate

Questioning existence for ever

The never-ending wait has ended

Death is not an option

Failure has no definition

Glory does not exist

Reason is lost in the mist

Lost in the mist

Chopping every head off

And slicing countless limbs

Ramming through every soul

Like they never existed

Never mind the losses

The mountain is worth the price

Leave the bodies behind

And don't you dare look back

Once no more life can be seen

He realizes the dust and the emptiness

All the promises are in sight

But everything he built has vanished
