ΠΥΡ ΑΕΝΑΟΝ

Hear the ancient spirit's croon

The call of olden days

Mythos, Epos, Saga

Sign of the olden ways

Hear the wail when shadow falls

The elder poem weaves

Mythos, Epos, Saga

The sound when war begins

So it begins

Pagan tribes

Cities of yore

Words written

In forgotten tongues

Once again upon us

Πυρ αεναον

Civilization Crumbles

Πυρ αεναον

Once again in turmoil

Πυρ αεναον

Legends were forged in fire

On sacred anvil lost in time

Empires rose and fell

Tyrants and kings overthrown

Women and men bled to their deaths

Countless deeds disowned

The statues broken

Dismembered and sundered

Countless names forlorn

The stones tell stories

Of battles and gods

Of valor and ruin

Of freedom and loss

The markings our forefathers left

Bear weight to the heart

In river Acheron they have sailed

To Hades and beyond
